The true postl (Web News) fully supports Shehbaz Sharif’s proposal to investigate the Pahalgam attack.
Former US Deputy Secretary of State for South Asia Robin Raphael supported Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s proposal to investigate the Pahalgam attack, saying that it is extremely inappropriate to blame someone 5 minutes after the incident.
Speaking to a private channel, Robin Raphael supported Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s proposal to investigate the Pahalgam attack by impartial experts. He said that Pakistan’s offer of an impartial investigation into the Pahalgam attack is a positive development and the international community should play an urgent role in reducing Pakistan-India tensions. The former US Deputy Secretary of State said that I hope that the US government will support Shehbaz Sharif’s proposal while both countries should sit together and find a solution to the problems.
In response to a question, he said that it is ridiculous that only 5 minutes after the incident, one side will say that they know who carried out the attack, however, it is very important to know the correct facts in this regard. The host asked what is the solution to end the tension between Pakistan and India?
To which he said that this is not the first time that there has been such tension between Pakistan and India, we have seen such films before, now is the time for the international community and the people of both countries to tell their respective leadership that enough is enough, now is the time to find a solution to the problems.
When asked by the host about Pak-US relations, he said that the new government in the US is still in the process of being formed, the US has not yet appointed people to make policy in Pakistan and South Asia and it will take time to review it. He added that the Trump administration will follow the efforts of the previous administration to strengthen relations with Pakistan and will continue to cooperate with Pakistan. It should be noted that India had announced the immediate suspension of the Indus Water Treaty on April 23 after the death of 26 tourists on April 22 in the Muslim-majority area of Pahalgam in occupied Kashmir.
