“Backyard Bucket List” and Discount Pass Return to Promote Tourism in Calgary

The True Post (Web News)Calgarians and visitors have a new reason to explore the city as Tourism Calgary brings back its popular “Backyard Bucket List” and Attractions Pass for the third consecutive year.

The program offers discounted admission and special deals at some of the city’s top destinations, encouraging locals and tourists alike to experience Calgary’s cultural, historical, and recreational attractions.

The pass includes access to 10 major attractions, including the Calgary Tower, Wilder Institute/Calgary Zoo, TELUS Spark Science Centre, The Confluence Historic Site, Studio Bell, WinSport, The Hangar Flight Museum, and Gasoline Alley Museum at Heritage Park Historical Village.

According to Jeff Hessel of Tourism Calgary, “We are involving ten of our top attractions and offering discounts at these locations so people can explore a wide range of experiences, from science and music to history and outdoor activities.”

The mobile pass is free to sign up for and unlocks a variety of deals. Tourism Calgary aims to encourage residents to become ambassadors for the city by experiencing more of what it has to offer. Visitors are also welcome to use the pass.

Each attraction can be redeemed once per pass, which is active now through December 31. The program provides a convenient way for people to explore Calgary’s top destinations while enjoying exclusive savings.
