According to Arab TV, an Israeli official has confirmed the killing of a nuclear scientist in the heart of the Iranian capital, Tehran, and said that the killing was carried out by a drone. The scientist was a weapons expert. The drone targeted the scientist as he was being taken from his apartment to another house in the capital.
The number of scientists killed by Israel since June 13 has reached 14, while Israel has also claimed to have killed around 30 military commanders so far.

Israel’s Chief of General Staff Eyal Zamir said that the preparations had been carried out in a highly secretive manner in recent months. The operation was made possible by improving practical and strategic conditions, and delaying it would have been dangerous because it could have further worsened the situation and harmed Israel.
