The True Post (Web News) Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has released details of the recent missile and drone attack on Israel.
According to the Revolutionary Guards, this was the 18th attack on Israeli targets, targeting military installations and operational support centers in central Israel, including Ben Gurion International Airport. According to the Revolutionary Guards, the attack involved 136 Iranian-made Shaheed drones that continued to operate in the airspace over the occupied territories, while solid and liquid-fueled Iranian missiles were also used. The statement claimed that even Israel’s most advanced defense systems failed to stop these missiles and drones. Joint operations involving drones and missiles will continue continuously and with specific targets.

Late last night, missiles fired by Iran fell in the Dan Gush region of central Israel, where missile fragments set a residential building on fire. Details of possible casualties in the incident have not yet been released. In retaliation, the Israeli Air Force has launched an operation to target missile storage and launching infrastructure in central Iran. Despite strong calls for a ceasefire at an emergency meeting of the United Nations Security Council and peace talks between European foreign ministers and their Iranian counterparts, the Israeli aggression has not been stopped.
In response, Iran also fired ballistic missiles at the southern Israeli city of Beersheba, causing severe material damage in the area, burning several vehicles and a large fire near the Microsoft office.
The Israeli military issued a statement saying that a possible malfunction in its interceptor defense system led to the failure to intercept the Iranian missile. On the other hand, the White House said that President Donald Trump will decide within two weeks whether to take direct action in the ongoing conflict between Israel and Iran.
