The True Post (Web News) A man was injured and taken to hospital after a vehicle collision in Etobicoke early Sunday afternoon.
Toronto police said the crash happened around noon and involved a driver who hit a concrete barrier, trapping him inside. The crash happened near Dundas Street West and Shorncliffe Road, west of Kipling Avenue. Police said the 20-year-old man was taken to a trauma centre.
Toronto Fire said they were called to a crash in the area of 30 Shorncliffe Road just after noon. Paramedics said they were assessing the situation, but did not have any details about any patients at this time. Shorncliffe was closed in both directions during the police investigation, but has since reopened.
