Uk To Crack Down On Those Employing Workers On Fake Visas

The True Post (Web News) Britain has announced strict action against employers who hire foreign workers on fake visas.

According to British media reports, strict legal action will be taken against institutions and companies that violate visa sponsorship laws and employ people on illegal or fake documents. Reports have indicated that employers who violate the laws may be subject to heavy fines, while they may also face a ban on recruiting employees from abroad in the future. In some serious cases, sponsorship licenses are also likely to be revoked.
According to a British newspaper, there has been a five-fold increase in cases of fake visa sponsorship in recent times, after which the government has decided to further tighten the immigration system. Officials say that illegal employment is not only a violation of immigration laws, but it also promotes crimes such as human trafficking and exploitation. On the other hand, the UK has also implemented new rules regarding travel permits. New conditions will also apply to people with dual citizenship from February 25 (Wednesday). According to media reports, if a person does not have a British passport despite being a British citizen, he can be prevented from entering the country. Under the new rules, people with dual citizenship will need one of the following documents to enter the UK.
According to officials, if someone does not have a British passport, he will have to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) or a related certificate. Under the ETA scheme, a maximum stay of 6 months in the UK for tourism purposes or to meet family members can be allowed, however, prior online approval is required for this. The British government says that the aim of these measures is to make the immigration system transparent, prevent illegal activities and ensure national security. Under the new policies, a zero-tolerance policy will be adopted against those who violate immigration laws.
