The report says that in this survey conducted worldwide, 17,000 people were asked various questions, including five important aspects: cultural accessibility, historical significance, food, beauty and geographical uniqueness, and these countries were ranked in the light of the answers.
According to the results of the survey by US News & World Report, Greece has been named the world’s best cultural and historical heritage, and this is also due to its historical uniqueness. Greece, the birthplace of democracy, Western philosophy and the Olympic Games, is the most important country for people in the world for those who participated in the survey. Survey participants praised the measures to provide access to Greece’s cuisine, geography and historical sites. The list has the highest number of European countries, with 7 of the top 10 countries being European, including Greece, Italy, Spain, France and Turkey.

These 40 countries also include a few Asian countries and the top 15 include Thailand, India and Japan. Thailand is considered one of the best countries for its traditions and cuisine, India for its religious sites and architectural heritage, and Japan is considered one of the top countries for its positive public opinion in all five categories.
