India Plans To Take Military Action Within 24 To 36 Hours, Attaullah Tarar

Tensions Escalate: India May Launch Military Action in Next 24–36 Hours, Warns Minister Attaullah Tarar

Islamabad – Pakistan’s Federal Minister for Information, Attaullah Tarar, has issued a strong statement warning of heightened tensions between Pakistan and India, saying that the next 24 to 36 hours are “extremely crucial” for regional peace and stability.

Speaking to the media in Islamabad, Minister Tarar revealed that the government possesses credible intelligence suggesting that India is planning imminent military action against Pakistan. He emphasized that any such move by New Delhi would be considered a “grave miscalculation” and would be met with a “certain and decisive” response from Islamabad.

“Pakistan will not tolerate any aggression. We are fully prepared to defend our sovereignty and territorial integrity. Any misadventure by India will receive a strong and proportionate response,” Tarar stated firmly.

Tensions Following Pahalgam Incident

The warning comes in the wake of the April 22nd terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Indian-administered Kashmir, where at least 26 Hindu pilgrims were killed. India has blamed elements allegedly linked to Pakistan, a claim that Islamabad has categorically rejected.

Tarar accused India of trying to use the Pahalgam tragedy as a pretext for military escalation. He said that Pakistan strongly condemns terrorism in all its forms and manifestations and has offered India a transparent, independent, and impartial investigation into the incident.

“India is acting as the plaintiff, judge, and executioner in its own case. This kind of unilateral and irresponsible behavior is not only dangerous but will further destabilize the region,” Tarar added.

Diplomatic Fallout and Regional Ramifications

Pakistan has also warned that any act of war or aggression would have serious consequences not just for both nations but for the wider South Asian region. Tarar noted that if war breaks out, India will be held accountable for all resulting destruction and human loss.

The minister reiterated that Pakistan wants peace and stability in the region but will not allow its peace efforts to be mistaken for weakness.

“The outcome of any attempt to attack Pakistan will not be good for India,” he cautioned.

Calls for International Intervention

Tarar urged the international community, including the United Nations, United States, and other global powers, to take immediate notice of India’s aggressive posture and to urge both sides toward restraint and dialogue.

He concluded by stating that while Pakistan is not interested in conflict, it is fully capable and ready to defend itself in the face of any provocation.
