Trump Claims Iran Conflict Near End, Defends Military Action

Speaking at an event in Las Vegas, Trump said Iran must not be allowed to possess nuclear weapons. He highlighted the strength of the U.S. military, calling it the best in the world, while acknowledging that Iranian forces are capable fighters. However, he claimed that Iran’s navy had been effectively destroyed during the conflict.

Trump also criticized the tenure of Joe Biden, alleging that the country experienced its worst inflation during that period. He pointed to tax policies in New York City, claiming they have severely impacted citizens, even leading to extreme consequences. In contrast, he said his own tax cut policies brought positive changes and economic growth, including trillions of dollars in investment.

Reiterating his stance, Trump said the war in Iran is expected to conclude “very soon” and in a favorable manner. He stressed that the U.S. military continues to advance with modern technology and remains unmatched globally. He also referenced an attack in which 111 rockets were fired at a U.S. naval vessel, using it to justify the scale of the response.

According to Trump, the conflict was unavoidable due to Iran’s nuclear ambitions. While describing Iran as a “great country,” he maintained that military action became necessary. He compared the situation to prolonged wars in Vietnam and Afghanistan, claiming that, unlike those conflicts, the Iran war would conclude within two months.

Trump further asserted that Iran’s naval capabilities had been dismantled, claiming that 158 vessels were destroyed. He also mentioned operations targeting individuals involved in attacks, stating they had been eliminated.

Additionally, Trump revealed that the Saudi monarch had invested around $2 trillion in the United States, describing him as an intelligent leader and highlighting strong economic ties between the two nations.
