Pakistani Mountaineer Naila Kayani Has Scaled The World’s Third Highest Peak.

Naila Kayani has become the first Pakistani female mountaineer to achieve this feat, having scaled twelve peaks above eight thousand meters. Earlier, she has also hoisted the national flag on other high peaks including Mount Everest, K2, and Nanga Parbat. Naila Kayani’s achievement is not only a source of pride for Pakistani women but also creates new history in the country’s mountaineering sector.
Kangchenjunga
is the third highest mountain peak in the world, located in the Himalayan mountain range. Its highest point is 8,586 meters, 28,169 feet high. Kangchenjunga consists of five high peaks, which are called “Panch Khazane Baruf Ke” in the local language. Kanchenjunga means Five Treasures of Snow.
