
The True Post(Web News) Petrol and diesel prices in the United Arab Emirates have been increased for the month of July. The Fuel Price Committee has announced the new prices, which will come into effect from July 1, 2025.
The new price of petrol Super 98 has been set at 2.70 dirhams per liter, which was 2.58 dirhams in June, the price of petrol Special 95 has been increased to 2.58 dirhams per liter, which was 2.47 dirhams last month. E-Plus 91 petrol will now be available at 2.51 dirhams per liter, which was 2.39 dirhams in June. The new price of diesel has been set at 2.63 dirhams per liter, which was previously 2.45 dirhams. This increase has been made due to fluctuations in crude oil prices in the global market, and the prices are reviewed at the end of each month to maintain transparency for consumers. It should be noted that fuel prices in the UAE are linked to the global market, and they are announced at the official level every month.
Meanwhile, the Government of Pakistan has also announced new prices of petroleum products. The government has increased the price of diesel by Rs 10.39 per liter and the price of petrol by Rs 8.36 per liter. After the increase in prices, the new price of petrol has become Rs 266.79 per liter, while the price of diesel has become Rs 272.98 per liter. According to the notification, the increase in the prices of petroleum products has been implemented immediately. According to sources, the carbon levy is Rs. 2.5 has been implemented on the new prices of petroleum products. Sources say that the levy on petrol has been reduced to Rs 75.52 per liter, while the levy on high-speed diesel has been set at Rs 74.51 per liter.
