Your brain starts to want this quick stimulation, making it more difficult to concentrate on anything that does not provide immediate satisfaction.
The Cost on Mind and Body
Your attention span slowly starts to change because of this habit. Things that once felt easy like reading a book, studying, or even having a meaningful conversation now feel tiring and hard to stay focused on.
